Maar hier bleef het niet bij en anno 2009 is hij uitgegroeid tot een ware vedette. De prestaties van de afgelopen seizoenen waren van ongekend hoog niveau met als resultaat meerdere nominaties voor Olympiades en asduiven in alle nationale competities.

Geert blijft zelf bescheiden over de behaalde resultaten en is zich constant bewust van de druk om te blijven presteren. Deze schitterende site biedt u de mogelijkheid een kijkje te nemen achter de schermen bij dit fenomeen in de duivensport.
